1 Agreement Acceptance
By accessing and using Premier Party Rentals' website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Premier Party Rentals regarding the use of our services. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
2 Services Description
Premier Party Rentals provides party rental equipment and services including, but not limited to:
- Tent and canopy rentals
- Table and chair rentals
- Decorative items and supplies
- Event setup and delivery services
- Equipment breakdown and removal
- Custom event planning assistance
All services are provided "as is" and "as available." We make every effort to ensure the quality and availability of our equipment, but we cannot guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
3 Rental Agreement
When you rent equipment from Premier Party Rentals, you enter into a binding rental agreement. The following terms apply to all rentals:
Rental Duration:
Rental periods begin at the scheduled delivery time and end at the scheduled pickup time. Extended rental periods may be arranged with additional charges at our standard rates.
Equipment Condition:
All equipment is delivered in clean, working condition. You are responsible for maintaining the equipment in the same condition during the rental period. Normal wear and tear is expected, but damage due to negligence or misuse is the renter's responsibility.
Renter Responsibilities:
The renter assumes full responsibility for the equipment from the time of delivery until pickup. The renter must ensure the equipment is properly protected from weather, vandalism, and theft. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately.
4 Booking & Payment
To book our services, customers must:
- Complete the booking form with accurate event details
- Provide valid contact information and delivery address
- Accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions
- Provide a deposit or payment as required
Payment Terms:
- A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure your booking
- Full payment is due 7 days before the event date
- We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payment methods
- Late payment may result in cancellation of the booking
- Prices are subject to change based on availability and demand
All prices quoted are in USD and do not include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Tax will be added to your final invoice.
5 Cancellation Policy
Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellation 30+ days before event: Refund of 100% of paid amount, minus 25% deposit
- Cancellation 15-29 days before event: Refund of 50% of paid amount
- Cancellation 8-14 days before event: Refund of 25% of paid amount
- Cancellation less than 7 days before event: No refund
Company Cancellations:
In the unlikely event that Premier Party Rentals must cancel a booking due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, extreme weather, emergencies), we will provide full refund or offer alternative dates. The company shall not be liable for any damages resulting from such cancellations.
Rescheduling:
If you wish to reschedule your event, contact us at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may result in additional charges if different services or pricing apply.
6 Equipment Liability
Premier Party Rentals retains ownership of all rental equipment. The renter assumes liability for the equipment from delivery until pickup. This includes responsibility for:
- Protection from theft and vandalism
- Protection from weather damage unless caused by extreme circumstances beyond reasonable control
- Proper setup and installation according to provided instructions
- Safe operation and use of all equipment
- Preventing unauthorized use by third parties
The renter must maintain comprehensive insurance coverage for the rented equipment and provide proof of such coverage upon request. Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, reasonable wear and tear expected.
7 Damages & Charges
Damage Assessment:
All equipment is inspected before delivery and after pickup. Any damage occurring during the rental period will be documented and invoiced to the renter. Damage charges are determined based on repair or replacement costs.
Types of Damages:
- Minor damages: Cleaning, small scratches, dents (no charge if negligible)
- Moderate damages: Repairs required to restore functionality ($50-$500)
- Major damages: Equipment replacement required (full replacement cost + 15% restocking fee)
- Lost equipment: Full replacement cost + 20% restocking fee + emergency rental fees
Additional Charges:
- Late return fees: $50 per hour or portion thereof
- Equipment cleaning fees: $75-$250 depending on condition
- Delivery outside standard service area: $100-$300 additional charge
- Emergency pickup or replacement: $150-$400 depending on circumstances
8 User Responsibilities
As a user of Premier Party Rentals' services, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information when booking
- Use rented equipment solely for lawful purposes
- Follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided
- Not attempt to repair, modify, or disassemble equipment
- Not sublease or transfer equipment to third parties without written consent
- Immediately report any equipment malfunction or damage
- Ensure adequate supervision of equipment during the rental period
- Comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations
- Respect the property rights and intellectual property of Premier Party Rentals
- Not engage in any unlawful activity using our services
9 Limitation of Liability
Disclaimer:
Premier Party Rentals is not responsible for:
- Weather-related damages or event cancellations due to inclement weather
- Loss of profit or revenue from cancelled or postponed events
- Personal injury or property damage to guests or third parties
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Service interruptions due to technical issues beyond our control
Insurance Requirement:
Renters are strongly encouraged to obtain event liability insurance covering the rented equipment and the event itself. This protects both the renter and Premier Party Rentals in case of unforeseen incidents.
Maximum Liability:
Our maximum liability is limited to the total amount paid for the rental service. In no event shall Premier Party Rentals be liable for any amount greater than the rental fees paid.
